Following results of the auctions on Tuesday index PFTS  has again decreased, now on 1,64 %. Movement in world and Russian indexes proceeds. Since DAX, FTSE have finished day with positive results, Russian RTS it was levelled by the session end, and Americans have opened in a positive zone, showing desire to grow. The first negative reaction to refusal follow already confirmed «Polson's plan», is replaced by hope to hear from officials acknowledgement on the outlined stabilisation of the USA financial sector. And though low activity in the share markets will yet soon be replaced by an activity wave, nevertheless stabilisation of financial segment will add optimism to potential investors and dealers.                

Positive impulse from the outside and encouraging information from the enterprises on near prospect also is required to our main exchange platform. It is necessary to lift on something market, levels of high-grade correction...
